Were you one of the lucky few to receive some Pleasy Play Chilli seeds?
Here’s your step-by-step guide on how to grow them - and don’t worry, Pleasy Play always tries to make things easy and effortless.
Start your seeds off indoors
1- Tear a paper towel in half and moisten one of the halves with water.
2- Place your seeds on half of the paper and fold the other half over the seeds.
3- Next, open a clear, sandwich sized zip-lock bag.
4- Place the paper towel with seeds inside flat inside the bag and reseal it.
5- Set the bag anywhere out of direct sunlight that stays at room temperature. The bag acts like a miniature greenhouse that retains heat and moisture. Your seeds should start sprouting in about five to seven days.
6- Get a pot and fill it with soil - make sure the soil is moist. Then make a small hole in the soil for the entire root.
7- Be careful not to touch the root when planting it as they are very delicate. Hold the seed in place so the root is in the hole you’ve made and push soil gently over it. Make sure any leaves are above the soil.
8- In a few weeks the seedlings should be ready for the outdoors if the weather is warm enough.
9- Chilli’s love lots of sunlight so put them in a place where they can find lots of light.
10- Make sure to keep the soil moist but take care not to let it get soaking wet.
